Q. Can I add to my package, or make my own?
A. Certainly! Everyone has their own needs, and we are there to accomodate them. If you can think it, we will try our best to do it.

Q. When do I have to pay for everything?
A. The non-refundable session fees are due at the time of booking. The remainder of is due when you make your print selections.

Q. When will I receive my finished product?
A. Typically, all orders are filled 2 to 4 weeks after making your selections.

Q. When can I see my proofs?
A. We present the proofs to you approximately 2 weeks after the session.

Q. Can I order prints online?
A. Yes, you can order online, or call us with your request.

Q. What if I don't like the final product?
A. If you are unhappy with your finished package, we will do what we need to provide you with a product you are happy with. This may even include reshooting, if necessary. However, all sales are final, and there are no returns accepted on finished products.
